**Keep in mind these are ESTIMATES, not guaranteed delivery time windows.**

Once a package leaves our facility it is out of our control. Please report to us when a package doesn’t update it’s tracking for over 7 days from it’s last check in, and we will arrange replacement or refund when applicable.

 

USPS Priority

The postal service does it’s best. THIS MAP DOES NOT APPLY TO USPS FIRST CLASS, which is 3-5 days to the contiguous US. Tracking is provided for both First Class & Priority Services. Please always double check your email when placing orders, and your spam/junk folders for tracking emails.

FedEx

This map applies to FEDEX RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES which operates MONDAY – SUNDAY to almost all of the contiguous US. In unsupported remotes areas residential delivery operates Monday – Saturday. Please always double check your email when placing orders, and your spam/junk folders for tracking emails.

 

This map applies to FEDEX GROUND (commercial locations) which operates MONDAY – FRIDAY. Please always double check your email when placing orders, and your spam/junk folders for tracking emails.

FedEx Express

  • Express operates MONDAY – FRIDAY w/ OPTIONAL SATURDAY DELIVERY for an additional fee to eligible areas. Please specify in the order notes if you’d like Saturday delivery and we will contact you with a payment request for the upcharge.
    • When purchasing 2 day shipping on a Thursday, please note that unless otherwise specified and upcharge payment made, your order will arrive Monday. When purchased on a Friday, your order will arrive Tuesday.
    • When purchasing overnight shipping on a Friday, please note that unless otherwise specified in the order notes and upcharge payment made, your order will arrive on Monday.
